Corporate Events
Lake Bailey Chateau brings an array of options for private meetings and gatherings. The auditorium can be setup to host Breakout sessions, Training Sessions, Workshops, Presentations or private dinners for up to 250 people.

Photo Sessions
Lake Bailey Chateau’s beautiful lakes, fields, and buildings provide a stunning and unique backdrop for photos! Photography sessions are scheduled by appointment only and reserved by the hour.
Prices do not include a photographer, and there is a 4 hour minimum.
Photography Session Fees:
- $50/hour session for Family Photos (<10 people)
- $75/hour session for Family Photos (>10 people)
- $50/hour session for Bridal, Engagement, Maternity, Graduation, or Senior Photos
- $100/hour session for Portraits in the Mansion (LBC Staff must be present)
- $75 per hour for styled shoots on the grounds (negotiable flat fee for all-day shoots)
